A.Application fees. Modifications that require additional environmental review shall follow the fee schedule for full site plan review.B.Payment of fees. For site plan review projects that require a use or area variance from the BZA, 50% of the fee is due at the time of application and 50% is due after the Planning Board completes environmental review. For all other projects, the full fee is due at the time of application.C.For all government projects and projects that fit the description in § 276-3A(2), the site plan review fee shall be waived.
